Cant do anything to roof terrace?
Viewed one of the Penthouse at this development as wife liked the developement. Was very surprised that mcst refused to let us setup any structure like trellis or retractable awnings at the open roof terrace. This makes the open roof terrace a waste of space n the PH is not worth its price . Pros: nice development, pools, quiet n breezy Cons: MCST not reasonable as this is the first time we heard that even awmings cannot be built for open roof terrace. High maintenance -

Well designed and peaceful
Living in Fontaine Parry certainly has that resort feel to it. The pool, stream and gardens have a peaceful serenity that is always welcoming after a hard day at the office. Apartment layout is well thought out, with every room getting lots of natural light. While the bedrooms are a little on the small side, they are well finished with built-in cupboards. The bathrooms are nice and the sunken bath in the master bedroom en-suite makes good use of space. While no tennis courts are available, the pool, spa and children's paddling pool, combined with exercise areas, jogging circuit, zen path, gym and sauna, more than make up for it and are a wonderful way of keeping mind and body healthy. Living here is a very pleasant experience. With CTE widening, NEX mall at Serangoon MRT, Serangoon Gardens just 5 minutes drive away and both Circle and North-East MRT lines all within easy reach, I am sure that this will turn out to be a great investment too. Recommended. -

Price Too Steep
Initially, I was very keen on Fontaine Parry but due to the steep price, I was compelled to look into other developments. That is where I found Oasis Garden! It is CHEAPER, FREE-HOLD, 5 mins walk to Bartley MRT, bigger pool and tennis court available! Check it out! -

Stunning
it is really a stunning project in D19. A class of its own. Lovely landscape that really makes me feels like im in a holiday resort. Whats more, Rosyth school is just stone throw away. With all the Famous local and international schools around, plus the up coming mega mall in serangoon. I do forsee that this projects will sell very good. Government is developing D19, so stay tuned. -

Beautiful Projects
Its totally different Class compare to the nearby projects. I am impress by their private lift to indivudial's unit. Love the sunken masterbedroom toilet. Located in the exclusive landed property area, it is serene and peaceful. Landscape are beautifully crafted. 10 Mins drive to Serangoon MRT and the up n coming Mega mall. not recommend for those who wants walking distance to MRT. But of cos, there are bus service to the Stations. Great Project. -

affordable home price
i refer to johnsteven review, which unit are blocked by trees? any idea? In fact, we were interested in units at fontaine parry at first. But the price seem to be unreasonably at the high side. we had drop the idea. we found that a lot of new development around this area are offering a much lower price. those at poh huat road & villa seem to be cheaper. Area bigger and less than $800k can get it. so we don't think is worth paying a 1300sqft for a million, surronding are offering lesser for this size, maybe at $800k. the 2 bedroom at fontineparry is also very high, area of only abt 900sqft. should cost not more than $750k. my personal view, too high the price. -

Investment
Pro. 1) Good & quiet environment 2) common swimming facilities 3) interior layout uint reasonable 4) private lifts 5) suitable for western expats Con. 1) No tennis court 2) Not so near MRT/ Transport 3) walking distance to the nearest bus stop 4) No supermarket & eating outlets nearby 5) some of the units view are blocked by Big tree 6) Not all units have pool view 7) Limited car park lots 8) It is a 999 yrs 9) units price too high as compare to nearby freehold 10) not a good investment as compare to those beside MRT properties. -
