  Good living near city

  Ideal for working or business professionals. Near to city with excellent transport links and easy access to schools, hospitals and shopping malls.

  Nice and near mrt but spices smell daily

  The earlier reviewer is right. It's convenient as it's fairly near the mrt or you can walk towards the hdb area and enjoy local food courts etc. however, the neighbors cooking spices daily is really hard for me as I can't open my windows/sliding door. No offense meant. I love food with spices but not as the first thing I smell in the morning or everytime I attempt to open the windows. I cannot dry my clothes outside as well. At one time, I went into a coughing fit as the spices were too strong. There are no facilities. It's pretty spacious inside but you might find the adventurous baby cockroaches around occasionally. I have not met the management so I've left a neutral rating on that.
