Insects don't come from rivers!
The MRt track is more than 1 km away and well covered by the tall trees on the other side of the 20 meter-wide river. This is not a still water longang. . Insects don't breed from rivers! You have to live here to appreciate the serenity here! -

Be aware of nearby MRT tracks and rivers
The condo is close to MRT track so many units will have direct expose to MRT noise between 6am and 12am, to hear it to believe it. The nearby river is nice but brings insects very near to your window. -

Great Investment
I believe this condo has a great investment potential given the following factors: 1) IOI Properties has bought the plot of land beside Nanhua and likely to price it around $1300psf. Trends have shown that new projects tend to push up the prices of surrounding resale condos 2) According to LTA, the new road construction is to serve future residents. From the land observations, there is an empty land (wood lands) near the area where the new roads are constructed. I believe the government will launch a Govt Lands Sales in time to come. This is in line with the Govt objective to spruce up the supply of condos in the western part of Sg. 3) Proximity to upcoming Jurong Lake District. -

Great place to live in!
The condo has a resort feel to it with very friendly neighbors. It is a very serene and peaceful condo with amenities such as shuttle bus, minimart, lap pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steambath, gym etc... Alongside the condo is a cycling and jogging track that allows you to take in fresh air without the pollution from a major expressway. Indeed an ideal choice for anyone seeking a nice environment with close proximity to holland village, clementi interchange, nus, ntu and the jurong lake district. -

Serene surroundings
I love this place the minute I saw it. Its located within the landed properties and you dont see any HDBs around it. Whole place has a resort feel and feels very cosy. Maintenance is very well done. Units are decent size compared to mickey house units. Location is also very central and its near to good schools and food! -

Old condo
Land area is big, but if you are facing the greenry or river, you have all kinds of insects. Pretty lousy concept for the pool where the lap and kids pool are a storey apart. Furnishing in units are bad unless you are willingly to pay to do a total renovation work. -

Best Resort Living in the City
Low cost, high quality living environment. Fantistic unit layout. Functional space. Beautiful and sprawling landscape. Excellent facilities, including 50 Metere lap pool, huge gym, tennis courts etc. Alternatively, jog or cycle along Ulu Pandan River bank, Regular and on schedule shuttle service, on daily basis. 3 minutes shuttle ride to Nanhua Primary School, Clementi MRT/Central (Future 40-storey Mall), AYE, PIE. Close proximity to Jurong, International Business Park, IMM Megamall. 20-30mins to Holland Village, Orchard Road, Vivocity and much more!! -
