  Evergreen Residences: value for what it offer

  location - 5 stars as it is central room - narrow but clean eateries and amenities around – plenty bonus is the balcony with nice view of the city and can also spot the wild birds flying around

  many food options nearby

  from Evergreen Residences, just around the corner at Guillemard there is the retro Hey Kee seafood that occupies a historic building the Old Badminton Hall. the other side towards the main Geylang Road so many eateries including durians lining the street. it's so vibrant at night you can eat a lot of supper and put on weight

  experience 3 vibes from Evergreen

  just a short 10min walk to Mountbatten MRT on circle line that links around the island well. there you can also find Old Airport Road food centre plenty of good food and more neighbourhood vibe than Geylang stretch. travel a bit more to east coast area for more classy peranakan feel. three different areas just around you, it's cool
