my SOHO
have been using my loft unit at euHabitat as my home office. stylish place that has just reached a decade of age. other than my 1BR, i see many families here as well who appreciate the convenience. overall the atmosphere is friendly and family oriented, which is good. it's also quite central but still a bit more east, and yes, food is generally good in the area with many delivery options available on Grab including groceries. -

well located beside expressway
as someone who values convenience above all, the best thing about Euhabitat is the location right beside the PIE expressway. i can hop into my car and soon i am at the airport within 15min. i've always had ample time for my flight even when rushing urgent work since i moved here. of course the cons is that by being so close to PIE the traffic sound is there. it doesn't bother me but if it helps, my neighbours staying at the units facing other side say it is tolerable like white noise. like i said, convenience is king. Eunos neighbourhood is walking distance, schools too, plus nice condo environment with pleasant neighbours. -

facilities are topnotch
condo facilities at euhabitat are top tier, boss level. my favourite is the aquatherapy pool, jogging track and swimming pools at every corner. i take bus 59 and it drops right outside, extrmeely accessible. grounds are big too, and i take about 5min slow walk to my unit but the stroll among all the green landscaping really helps me wind down. -

Resort living in the east
I’ve had the pleasure of living in euHabitat in Singapore, and I can honestly say it’s been an exceptional experience. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the modern design and attention to detail in every aspect of the condominium. The space is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, with spacious layouts, high-quality finishes, and a great sense of privacy. The facilities are top-notch, offering everything you could ask for – from a well-equipped gym and swimming pool to beautifully landscaped gardens and relaxing communal spaces. The building itself is well-maintained, and the security is excellent, which gives peace of mind to all the residents. -

Review
Just a so so place . A staff in mgt is extremely judgemental and rude. Hardly place to walk and sit. lots of loud dog barking and karaoke singing . Do not recommend. -
