If you can tolerate noise, this condo is for
Nice place to live on first impression...except it's super, super noisy. Small units are mostly facing PIE so there is lots of street noise. Plus lots of late night parties in the small units. Our icondo app gets so many complaints about noise that we've determined it's everywhere! The insulation is really bad and you can hear and feel your neighbor's footsteps!!! We know exactly when our neighbors get up every morning! Most units face pools which seems great right? Well that means screaming kids esp around the lap pool. Lots of families here with really noisy kids. This is our 6th condo in SG and this is by far the worst for noise. The management is great though. They respond fast. Without them, this place would fall into chaos. Very popular with PRC and Indian tenants.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Resort-like living, GREAT for family & fast t
Lived in few city condos & moved here since late 2018. So far security team are pleasant; just won't recognise residents. Ours not facing the PIE (Townhse)so no noise issue. Condo very well maintainedWas this review helpful? Report review -

Bad Euhabitat Management, Security & Staff
The Condo is great! Scenic, relaxing, modern and cozy design. Great facilities too. Although PIE is just loud when you're unit is next to the highway. And be careful with rats. There are giant rats everywhere. We are not happy with the management & staff from the very start, not pleasing and condescending. Unprofessional & suspicious way of dealing with residents. They are very particular with every little detail and at times can get unreasonable. Smile, people. Would be good if they'd improve their customer service and their dealings with residents. Disgusting resident ever
Overall of the condo Facility is nice. As this is a rather new condo, management doesn't have any guidelines as to how to run the condo so they listen to everything the resident feedback. The residents here are really nonsense and love to complain every single thing like every single day. They expect the pool to be like a library. They complained every single time a kid jump into the pool even with the supervision of their parent. Basically the resident make staying here worst than staying in HDB. The committee set up by the resident here feels as if they are police and are empower to exercise their given "authority". The resident here are really very free to go around and complain everyday. If you have a family, by right this is a nice place to do lots of activities together with the children. But because of the complain by the resident, definitely not a good place to grow up with the kids.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Poor and unfriendly management and security
I have stayed here for 18 months. Environment, design & facilities is good but the management office sometimes don't know what they are doing. Funny rules such as no drinks or even light food in public area. Limit even guest move around... etc. The most uncomfortable part is the security guard, I never see them smile and talk nicely. Sometimes they will come and ask me where and which unit I am staying when I sit at the pool side, and they might do this to all my guests when I am having event that make me feel embarrass in front of my guests. They are untrained to communicate politely & friendly. Think twice if you will always have family & friend gathering. I definitely will move out after my contract finish :)Was this review helpful? VERY Unprofessional Management Office
This may be a nice condo for couples, either expat or local. The developer made a decent job, facilities are good although it may be quite noised if you live near the highway. But what is REALLY upsetting of this condo is the terrible and unprofessional management office. It takes ages to get things done although there is are numerous staff. Condo rules and Information is not clear, there are plenty of forms to be filled up and staff miscommunicate with each other. Don't ever lose your access card because it could take almost a month to have a new one, so getting into the condo would turn into a nightmare since elevator, facilities and main entrance have a digital door. TOP Soon
This is one of few resort like development in this area. The pro is full condo facilities; in 1 km range of Maha bohdi primary; not too far to Eunos MRT and convenient publich transportation; potential return of payer labar circle etc. The cons are close to PIE and some units facing the express way might be quite noisy. But considering the current market's down tuning, got a 3-bedder around 1.3M to 1.4M is not a bad deal.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Right besides a noise blaster...
at least one third of the blocks are along the PIE... and very close they are to it. Good luck to people who bought this facing. Think will need a triple-glazed glass at least to keep the noise out.Was this review helpful? Report review -
