  Great undervalued project!!

  Lower PSF than many other condos in the NorthEast, and really love that the common bedrooms are a decent size. The master bedroom is huge as well, with enough space for a King Size bed AND additional tables / cabinets. There’s tennis court, basketball court, pool and gym! I looove the convenience of staying here, right opposite the MRT and a very unassuming mall (Sengkang Grand) which has great amenities and anchor tenants such as Fairprice Finest, Ippudo, Macs, Coffee Bean, Uniqlo etc!! There’s even a hawker center!! Fantastic place to stay, and not too crowded despite the convenience.

  Great project, undervalued!!

  Love that the common bedrooms are a decent size, unlike most condos these days. Right opposite Buangkok MRT and Sengkang Grand Mall (which is so unassuming but actually has great anchor tenants). There is also a hawker center on the second floor of the mall, newish and clean. Lots of food, convenient, quiet!! If you are considering a condo in the Northeast, this is a great option (especially since Punggol is very crowded and messy due to construction now).

  Community spaces are ace

  Since it is such a big project, I was glad that a lot of attention was placed on the facilities at Esparina Residences. I’ve been living here for two years with my wife, son and dog. We walk the dog around the premises every day. He loves the space. It’s safer to walk inside instead of out on the street. My son goes swimming and plays tennis on weekends. While he is busy with his activities, my wife and I get to spend some quality time together.

  Spacious apartment

  I was a bit intimidated by the sheer scale of the project when I visited it during construction since it comprises nine 18-storey blocks. We held on to our purchase till its completion and were pleasantly surprised by how well the blocks are spaced out and the way light enters into our condo unit. Even among the three-bedders, there are different types of apartment layouts to choose from. We went for the biggest one because it almost feels like a four-bedder.

  One of the few Ecs that has its building blocks relatively well spaced out.
