Premium condo
This is a very well maintained condo in the heart of orchard and Somerset. Ideally suited to young professionals. Units are too small for large families. A good place to meet people and enjoy the trimmings of Central Singapore.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Love this place
LOCATION: Quiet enclave to stay cosy and work from home. Building concealed from the main roads and located on a calm St. Thomas Walk tiny road. All crucial infrastructure nearby. Tranquil neighbourhood BUILDING: New fashion building exterior. Excellent idea with extra horizontal exterior fences on every level to cut raindrops on windows! The fresh air ventilates each level Unit: I rent a 355 Sq.f unit, and for a single western ex-pat is quite enough. Modern Gaggenau technics for cooking. Sliding doors. Convenient layout. Breezy (high floor). Good size balcony. Enough shelves for stuff. The bathroom is like in a 5-star hotel WHAT I DON'T LIKE: One of three lifts is covered by Service Pads permanently. Luxury living in the heart of city

Good location, worst layout, cheap furnishing
Just looked at the 2 bed room 595sqft unit. I'm confident in saying this is the worst layout I can ever imagine. For just 595 square foot with 2 bed room with huge bay window. Worst of all, two huge at least two feet deep sunken balcony which Eliminates it as an option for many uses. Small living/supposed dining area, a good portion of which is largely unusable for any significant furniture because of the walkway through to the master bedroom and location of the doors to the common bath and second bedroom. Both bed rooms are super small which can not even fit a single bed...This experience makes me worry about the floor plan which is not proportion with the furniture, very misleading. Decent captial appreciation for investment
I went down to take a look a the actual site, it's right smack in the centre of St. Thomas walk. very near major malls, ntuc finest for groceries, walking distance to robertson quay's row of restaurants and bars.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Bad
