  Quiet and good location

  This neighbourhood is quiet and with a good location, just a short walk from NEX shopping mall and Serangoon MRT station. They’ve recently upgraded to an electronic phone system for gate access, making it even more convenient for home deliveries. This is so much better than the condo that I’ve stayed before.

  MRT/ Shopping/Driving Convinience

  A city fringe development set in a landed residential estate. This development is w/in walking distance of the Serangoon MRT (NE line) and Bartley MRT (Circle Line). With the 600 000 sqft Nex shopping center nearby it is a very convienient location.
