Overprice for a location next to nowhere
The condo may be big and full of facilities. The huge area coupled with high maintenance fees and aging facilities is going to be a problem. 500 odd units are not enough to maintain such a big area. The last time i went many places need to be spruce up. If you work in Changi Prison Complex that houses thousands of inmates is a very short stone throw away. There is little or no transport link either you walk, cycle or drive. The place is ulu and people who truly love living here will surely buy, those sightseeing buyers will probably give it a big miss. -

Transport is big problem
Very far away and basically no further development in this area. Big concern is very near the Changi Prison. Thus I think the condo here should sell cheaper than other developments along upp changi area. -

Not bad
Nice area and really fantastic layout with lots of space. Only consideration is the Changi Prison just right besides the side, and a temple right at the main entrance. Accessibility is a issue., unless you have car. -

a lush resort style condo
the grounds of this FH condo is huge with wide open spaces, nice landscaping & water features. The large koi pond is also especially nice for some quiet time. Another plus is the ample car park lots. Nice BBQ pits too. A nice and affordable condo all in all. -
