  Design is outdated

  Old fashioned building design - Too many planters. Buyers pay for that, beware. Stray cats noise problem at night.

  Great location

  Ecoville is very conveniently located close to eateries and bus stops and shops. It is also a short stroll from Novena MRT and shopping malls. I think prices around this area is still affordable compared to other nearby locations. Fantastic value for money with all the convenience of being centrally located. The condominium is very modern with private lift lobby. There are only 30 units in this development, which gives it an exclusive feel.

  Ecoville Ratings

  Too many planters, bay windows, AC & RC ledge. Buyers pay for all these usable GFAs. Especially #2. Study the floor plan obtainable at virtualhomes.
