  Good Condo

  Location(near Mrt Station and Shopping Mall), well maintained, nice facilities and big landscape.

  684 unit condo that is 8 minutes walk to Simei MRT station and some other amenities. Units looking across the PIE, though may get some expressway noise, will enjoy far and unblocked views.

  Tranquil living

  I have stayed at Eastpoint green for about 3 years now. It is an awesome family condo - you can see children, families and dogs having a fun time at the beautiful pool surrounded by greenery. The common areas are designed to blend to the tropical resort theme and the building management is committed to making aesthetic enhancements. There will be great shopping options at eastpoint mall once it reopens, just 5min by walk. Connectivity is good with Simei mrt 8 min walk and buses connecting to CBD/office area as well. There are quite a few good playschools nearby for families with young children. As the area is very green we get occasional visitors near the window branches like mynahs, koels, and squirrels -- simply charming.

  Undisturbed tranquility

  Shady trees, beautiful resort layout and well-maintained club house and exterior wall of apartments - I'm impressed, especially when I saw workers cleaning the wall of the whole lobby area. Only setback is the small and odd shape kitchen and laundry area. The original flooring is granite, which make the unit look dark and small.

  resort style of living

  If you like resort style of living & tranquil ambiance, then this is the right place for you. You can laze around the lap pool and doze off. Kids love the Pool and park . It is always hard to get them out once they get in.
