fantastic location
Dormer Park is located in the Orchard/Tanglin enclave. It is within walking distance to the Orchard MRT station (about 1.6 km) and Redhill MRT station (under a km). Residents can also walk to Orchard Road (max 15 mins), shopping malls like Great World City, Tanglin Mall and Valley Point. The building, with only 92 units, sits on a large piece of land and is very spacious unlike newer cramped developments. The location at Jervois Road is in the embassy district which means maximum security, and it is very quiet even though it is in the Orchard Road vicinity. Very popular amongst expats with well maintained facilities, plenty of lots in the covered car park. -

Charming small development
Popular with expats, due to location set amidst beautiful GCBs although facilities quite basic. It's also quite a walk from the main road of either Tanglin Road or River Valley. -
