Expensive maintenance fee, badly maintain
This place maintenance fee is super expensive given that there is no other facilities. Building is also badly maintain as thing like water pipes etc need to renew. So has to prepare for big ticket repair for the future. Not worth at this price. The larger unit is also evening sun facing making the unit super hot. Worse is many units are actually rental to workers. -

Hidden Freehold Gem
Near Paya Lebar business hub with a lot of amenities. Convenient transport link to CBD. New condos are super small, it is rare to find condos with such good size at a location so near to town. Best part is price is superb for a freehold development. It is within 1km to Kong Hwa primary. -

Good location, but estate seems to have plent
Overall environment is quiet. However, noticed on notice board that the entire MC team is targeting on specific unit. Chairperson appears to have same name as one agent specializing in the estate. -

Delight Court
This place seem to have lots of MCST and MA issue. Suggest potential buyer to check into MC accounting before it is too late. In fact this should be standard procedure check to ant estate if one interested. This affect your future expenses. -
