Over priced, Poor Management, Poor Maintananc
The property is super over priced considering the value that we get. High maintenance fee The design is good however building quality is poor, many cracks in main concrete and gap. The common areas never been properly cleaned and looks old although it's just less than 1 year old. The kids swimming pool has been closed for several times this year and last one was closed for 3 months and not yet opened till now. Many construction in 2 sides and make the unit damn dusty. The smell of rubbish is everywhere especially near the playground (the management is not able to solve it). Many heavy vehicles parked on main road creating noise, heat and air toxin directly to our balcony The mall not many shops, the food court has not many options and dying. -
