  Comfortable Estate with Privacy and Near to G

  Units are large with the smallest at ~1,000 square feet, Privacy and comfortable without the noise from a large number of residents you see in bigger estates. Generally well managed.

  Modern updated architectural design with handsome glass facade. Noteworthy, especially considering that it TOP in 2011. Downside may be the traffic noise pollution.
