  Pros and cons

  Internally the layout of the unit is very good. In a 2 bed unit, it has no shared walls, multiple aspects. dual balcony's (narrow) big enough for 2 chairs & table at front, plus plants & drying rack at the rear. Good airflow. Some floors have garden access- we use it a lot. Downsides- pools look great, but incredibly few places to sit near them- as such, we almost never use the pool. Gym is small for the size of the development, and no view. Noise from the TPE will be an issue for units near that & noise from Pasir Ris Drive 8 on the side. These are very noisy. Never noticed till we moved in. Management- not great. Sinking fund is never enough. Wanna add more. Never ending stream of posters threatening fines for host of minor things. Feels like an HBD with the amount of posters. Nonsense.

  Beautiful place to raise a family

  I rented here for 2 years before committing to a ground floor unit. I love the huge landscape and greenery, plenty of space for kids to run. playground is a great meeting spot for kids, karaoke room is great for entertainment and one of the closest condo to mrt. looking forward to the new mall as well. price point also very reasonable.

  functional but fragile

  units are small and made largely of dry partition walls with slabs built thin so much so acoustic is compromised with loud footnoise above . otherwise facilities such as gym n pool are relatively good

  Huge development of 912 units supported by a 9 minute walk amenities of Pasir Ris MRT station and White Sands Shopping Mall. D’Nest is a condo cluster which includes The Pallete and NV Residence.
