A very good mix of convenience and privacy. Near transport hubs of Botanic Gdns and Stevens. Walkable to Botanic Gardens, Serene Centre and Adam Rd Hawker Centre. Yet a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. As for the interior, the high ceiling really makes the interior more spacious. All in a beautiful place to live.

Units facing Evans road will likely be blocked a residential development in future when the lease of the nursery expires. Further these units have direct west sun, get "baked" 365 days a year.
A modern looking apartment but not well designed. Ground floor units lack privacy because of the floor to ceiling height windows. People walking past the pool can easily look into the living room, or the bedrooms. Penthouse units have a badly designed master bedroom. 2 sides of the walls are all glass doors with windows that are are so high up, on a slanted ceiling (not within reach unless you are a giant). When it rains, the rain splashes right into the front door of the apartments. There is also a lot of water feature everywhere which is not ideal for families with little children. D'Dalvey does not have a guard house but instead relies on a remote controlled gate.
