A more balanced view
Just moved into our 3 BR apartment, overall a great project however, there are few shortcomings which Far East could have done a better job. Namely: 1. A dishwasher is included in the kitchen equipment but its location is across the kitchen. The proper location is right next to the sink. 2. Wall oven is place low on the floor which make any form of usage extremely difficult. 3. Living room air cond receiver panels has a tiny green ops light and located high up close to ceiling; next to impossible to know if the air cond is on or off. 4. A complete lack of cupboard space for linen or general items. 5. There is also the clear glass toilet for all to see when you are doing a big job. All the above can be fixed at a cost. Otherwise, the Cyan is a well built property on a very spacious ground. -

Fab Condo Worth Viewing
My agent recommended this condo to me for rental. Read the recent reviews here & agreed to view it. Glad I did! This condo is the nicest I have seen so far. Fantastic facilities and tropical resort like design. Most units are accorded with a good level of privacy. The missus fell in love with it at first sight and I am a happy camper. Makes moving to SG a lot easier! LOL Worth viewing if u r looking for a cool place to rent. -

Cyan
We drove past Cyan and the elegant external facade caught our attention. We finally viewed this project last weekend. Project just TOP. We are bowled over by the sheer spaciousness of the project, the luxurious finishings and the multitude of facilities. Compared to other projects in this area, this is definitely the most beautiful and impressive condo. We explored the area further on foot and found supermarkets, restaurants, bus-stops and good schools within walking distance. Orchard and Botanic gardens is a few minutes drive away. Value of Cyan will appreciate when Stevens road MRT is up in 2015. The station is 4 minutes walking distance from the side gate. Overall Good Buy with strong up side potentials. -

LOVE IT! ❤️
We collected our keys recently. The condo project and our apartment exceeded all expectations! The condo landscape is gorgeous and tranquil with lots of spots for indoor & outdoor lounging and entertaining. Developer Far East Org clearly spare no effort in dressing up our condo project complete with high end furnishing! We love our apartment unit! Especially the in-built feature wall in our living room, the uber cool dry kitchen with the fancy kitchen appliances as well as the very useful wet kitchen. Our master bedroom and bathroom resembles a plush hi-end hotel! We also love that our private lift opens into our balcony with breathtaking views of the resort like pools. We can't wait to move in!!! -

Cyan - A gem in District 10
This is without doubt the most beautiful residential project in district 10. There are only 2 apartment blocks in the sprawling garden like compound. More than 80% of the project land is devoted for recreational facilities. There are 2 tennis courts, a good size gym, steam rooms, suana, 8 pools & 6 villas & bungalows for relaxing or entertaining. Not forgetting the sky pools and chill out zones in the sky terraces. The lush landscape and space devoted in this project is unbelievable, especially in prime district 10! With so many pools, almost every unit is pool facing without compromising privacy. The architects even took care to retain original mature trees in the compound as well as landscaping outside the compound. The seamless water features & joining pools resembles an exclusive quaint holiday resort. The condo has a side gate on bukit timah road, 1 min walk to the bus stop, 3 mins walk to cold storage & restaurants and 4mins walk to upcoming Steven Rd MRT. My family & I are so in love with Cyan. Even my friends can't stop gushing about Cyan! -

Cyan
Big land, great expanse of space, sky gardens, greenery, dining and leisure facilities. Luxurious with natural stones finishings in and out. Side pedestrian gate offers short access to cold storage,quaint eateries,bus stop to orchard and coming downtown line mrt. -

Allure of CYAN
Ideally located in the Bukit Timah enclave surrounded by lush landscape and generous array of facilities. Footsteps away from the upcoming Steven Rd MRT and well within prestigious schools such as SCGS, ACS, CIS and top echelon Junior Colleges. Best still, CYAN is sitting on a huge FREEHOLD land, quite rare for projects these days. Minutes away from the Orchard Road corridor of luxury shopping, Int'l Hotels and entertainment. Interior designs are well thought out equipped with luxury fittings. Breadth of fresh air amidst the exclusivity and privacy of one's own refuge. -
