Being freehold and yet only 4 minutes walk to the MRT station at below $1000psf for a 2 bedder(transacted in 2017) is seriously quite attractive. Facilities are basic. -

Spacious and Privacy
Near Bartley MRT. It has only 12 units, thus cosy and quiet. The units are 50% larger than comparable new launches. Each bedroom of the 2-bedroom unit has attached bathroom. Good for family with kids. -

View the place, noisy...
Pros -furnishing for the unit viewed is good and nicely renovated. -pool seems like it's empty all the time (according to the agent) Cons -noisy construction noise from the nearby condo. -On the map it looks near the MRT but it isn't near at all. Need 15 minutes walk. -2 churches nearby, traffic will be bad during weddings, funerals, etc -

Nice Apt but a bit inside
Cute little apartment with a good view. Roof top swimming pool seems extremely relaxing. But location not suitable for people who do not have a car. Its situated a bit inside and Bartley MRT is not as close as mentioned. -
