  Creston freehold at Still Road

  Creston Residence has efficient layout with multiple configs and unit size functional for my family. most units here including mine at north-south facing so not scorching afternoon sun for cool days.

  highly accessible

  close to the new TEL stations, Creston Residence is now highly accessible, which is driving up the price for good rental yield and better selling price if you're been keeping it to sell. many amenities around including shopping mall, foods and the beach. also motivating factors for me to keep staying there without letting go.

  within 1km to Tao Nan...

  Creston Residence, to parents like me, I would say the biggest USP is that it is within 1km to Tao Nan school - one of the most popular schools for my boys! also competitive to get a unit in this nice condo, just like getting a place in the school, good luck!
