New Project nearby will drop the value
I was told by a few agents that there was a planned residential construction in the nearby greenery spaces and that is why so many sellers are selling now. That could dramatically reduce the value of costa del sol, just like what costa del sol did to the bayshore. -

Estate kind of old 1997
For a 99LH, land from 1997. $1200 is way to high price to pay. In a couple of years, the price will be like Mandarin Gardens & Bayshore Park. Though facilities are good but..hummmm.. -

Costa Del Sol
I would recommend Costa to anyone interested in a resort lifestyle away from the city. Although the make up of residents is very diverse it is very family friendly. Please ignore any comments about the guards. Yes they are strict when it comes to vistors but as a resident I like that security. A few pointers from me. If this is the place for you ,shop around for a condo that overlooks the forest and S China Seas. Its great to wake up to that sight! Shops on sight suit all tastes and needs. There's a dvd store, dry cleaners and wine shop, doctors and mini mart. The latter is closed on Mondays but open 9am till 9pm other days and caters to all tastes. There's 2 regular bus services from the condo. One to Bedok MRT, Siglap and Marina Parade the other to Suntec and CBD. I take the latter,which is a bus plus service costing 5 dollars each way. It takes 35 minutes to Suntec and 45 minutes to One Raffles Quay. Costa has a cafe on site serving fresh pizzas and local cuisine. Though its not 5 star food it certainly adds to the resort feel sitting outside by the pools. The rest of the outside space is well maintained and quite breath taking. 7 pools! 6 BBQ pits, 3 tennis courts, newly laid putting green, jogging tracks and an out of the way cricket come driving nets (to name a few things). The traffic can be a distraction at first but you soon get used to it. The main down side for me is the on site property management. They are not that responsive and the hours they hold aren't workable for people like me who work during the week. If they opened up all day Saturday and Sunday morning this would get all 5 stars from me.But there's no point dwelling on that when you have the East Coast and great facilities at your fingertips. -

East Coast gem
Stunning views of south china sea for eternity with resort-like feel unlike any other project in the area Spacious airy functional units with great ventillation and interiors Distinctively modern architectural facade amidst tastefully landscaped features Enjoy the exclusivity and calm but still never too far from amenities, MRT or city. Very impressive range of condo facilities including full-length lap pool and diving pool,mini-mart, videostore etc etc These are just only some of the reasons that I feel make this project quite undeniably the finest condo in District 16! -

One of the best condo at East
one of the well maintained condo at east coast. It takes 5 minutes walk to east coast park and easily access to the eatery and restaurants in the park. Good security system and proper facility arrangements. This condo fits for those who wants to be away from crowd after work. -

Lousy Guards
Visitor and potential buyers are question by the guards like going to istana. No calls or inform the unit owner if anything to happen. i thought i went istana then i realise is just a condo. -

Great Investment for Sea View Unit
One of the bigger development along east coast with excellent facilities and sea view. It is about 15 mins ride to the new 4th University in expo. A great place to relax after work and also for investor if you think about renting it out. Price now is reasonable for some good sea view unit at about $1150 psf and above considered the new seaview unit (e.g. Silver Sea) is going at $1,500 psf and limited piece of land along east coast for such "seaview" development. -

theraputic
great units with superb kitchen and bathroom interiors. the ventilation vents also are a great design feature to keep the house cool and breezy. Restful and stressfree, after a long day in the office, perefect environment and beach access to unwind and relax. fancy a late night stroll? you are on the beach in 3 minutes flat. superb condo facilities and low maintainance fees. the pool view towers better as less traffic noise. -

THE BEST SEAVIEW UNITS IN THE EAST
One of the best seaviews in the whole of the east coast. The interior of the units for some of the larger 3/4 bedroom layouts are spacious, the square layouts also make full use of space. Condo facilities are No 1 esp the wind surfing facility and large full length 50m and deep diving pool. Location is best and walk to the beach after a long day. Shuttle service makes it easy to the MRT or shopping malls. Close to ECP to head to work or airport. PSF for sale is very reasonable. Siglap is a stones throw with best dining/eateries all around. -
