Lovely place at a fantastic location.
Lovely place at a fantastic location. The facing is south east and no matter which time of the day, you would feel breeze coming through in and out. The house is also just beside i12 and there's sheltered walkway to both the i12 and the mrt. Not to forget it's within the famous Joo chiat road and only a 8 mins walk to East Coast Park. The house layout is very efficient as well and does not have bomb shelter. -

Pests
1. Aircon exhaust facing Katong i12 is a torture to the ear. Very loud and noisy! From 7am-10pm. 2. Units facing hotel is very noisy as every night you will hear garbage truck noise when they are collecting the garbage from the hotel 3. Lots and lots of lizards! And I stayed above 15th floor.. Lizards and ants are the worst nightmares -

Noisy
Having lived in coralis for the over 2 years I can give an honest review. Poolside will be quieter than I12 Katong side and Joo Chiat rd side. If your apartment is facing Joo Chiat rd, yes you will hear a very noisy parrot squawking all day from across the street. If your apartment faces I12 mall you will be awakened every day of the week by loud aircon exhaust from the roof of I12 at 0700. This noise continues all day till 2200. Good for you if you can sleep through it it is very loud. In my humble opinion the apartments facing I12 are a very poor investment. Anyone with ears is unlikely to buy, -

Road noise, rude guards
Units facing the road have to put up with a parrot squawking all day (no joke) and loose man hole covers ob the road making noise with each passing vehicle. Also expect rude security guards who cannot properly speak English and falsely accuse visitors of parking to shop at I12. -
