  The two good things here are that the location is near DTE and there's a long pool. Other than that, the experience isn't great, the management and some residents here aren't helpful or considerate.

  IT is either you like it or hate it, peaceful

  IT is either you like it or hate it, peaceful, quiet, near to nature and sea coast, but the nearest main amenities is the Downtown East Entertainment Centre.

  Coastal Breeze

  In general, all projects along Loyang Besar enjoys the close proximity of the parks and shoreline. Ideal for young and old that desire to live in a windy, peaceful and quiet residential area yet the excitement offerred by the infamous Downtowneast/EHub entertainment centers where groceries are easily obtainable, fast food restaurants (you will be spoil for choices) shops, food court, restaurants and even a bowling centre.Coastal Breeze has a good mixed of different sizes apartments ranging from 2 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms.Layouts are beautiful, especially the 4 bedrooms ground floor units and the 4 bedrooms penthouses.Second floor 2.8m ceiling heights will provide greater comfort internally.For ground floor lovers, all units have 5m ceiling with great PESfacing the pool.Material use is of high quality and i would encourage you to visit their showroom to better appreciate the various designs.There are lots of greenery which you can enjoy in the park. You will be surprised if you chance at the sight of a pair of hornbills and not forgetting parrots and others.
