Fine City Living
This property is well maintained and quiet. It is at a cul-de-sec and near to all the major schools and close to Orchard Road. Although the gym is not very big, it is air conditioned and uses Precor machines. The pool is a fair size and seems to be 60-70m length. I like the aircon lobby and sheltered driveway is useful when rains. Surrounding area is posh and lots of greens. -

Checks all important boxes
Having lived here in the 02 stack for a few years, this property checks many boxes. I viewed over 30 units before selecting this one. It has easy access to Stevens MRT, is near to cold storage, has three proper square shape bedrooms, and the usable space is very efficient. The property is also quiet and residents living here are of good standing. The property is well maintained and always clean. For example the lobby area is air conditioned and common walls are regularly touched up. My children find it easy to go to school as there is a back gate shortcut to the MRT and bus stop. Sad to move out of Singapore and leave this place. Highly recommend. -

Hidden Gem
A well maintained cosy development perfect for raising a family as it is close to prestigious schools. It is a short walk to Stevens MRT and amenities such as Cold Storage and 10 minute drive to Orchard. The area is peaceful and quiet, which is a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city. Would 100% recommend living here. -

rare find
Gd development. rare to find a condo in this area with an unblocked beautiful view. Cosy and quaint. Plus there is a back alley now that leads directly to steven's mrt. So it's very convenient. -

Private and Discreet
I think this place is quiet except for the surrounding up coming buildings. this place is good for couples and expat with quiet living at night. -

Cliften
This development fall short in several areas. For one thing, parking is a pain. There are not enough parking lots for residents, let alone visitors. It is situated far in frm the main road, so if you need to walk out to the bus stop it takes bout 12 minutes. The apartments are also very small. although the size area is supposed to be over 1150sft it definitely doesnt feel like it. The reason for that is the space is taken up by lift lobby, A plater cum balcony area which is too small for anything other than hanging your clothes out to dry and an exceesive amount of bay window space. The master bathroom is also tiny. I would not recommend this development to anyone with more than one child. -

Cosy & private
The condo is sitted deep inside ewe boon road and hence very quiet. With the completion of cyan in 2 yrs time, the place should be less noisy and dusty. Choice units will be those that have unblocked view in between the 2 blocks of cyan. Good privacy as there is a private lift for each unit and there is another door to exit from kitchen with personal common area outside lift lobby. Not recommended for families with kids as there is only a small pool. The condo is also buit on a small site and ousiders are not allowed to park in the condo due to limited parking. Nevertheless, for singles and young couples without kids, it's a gd place to stay in. -
