  Great location

  Did a house viewing and saw that the swimming pool is huge. It's also near a green space and three Tampines shopping malls. Can't get better than this

  Noise pollution

  As a resident living in the east, i notice that the junction is frequently busy where this EC is located. those who stay in the lower levels near the junction may be affected by the noise daily

  Fitting quality is rather decent for an EC

  Fitting quality is rather decent for an EC. Right size balconies and units are not too near to each other
