  The Layout is good for 1 bedroom unit

  City fringe living. Walking to mrt n supermarket , not for fussy tenant. Overall not bad...layout is good

  Basic facilities and not that near to the MRT

  Basic facilities and not that near to the MRT station. Still considered centrally located but it will be nice to have a car. Swimming pool is a bit small.

  I have seen few units at city regency(old but gd layout), 8 riversuites (near mrt,nice facilities, too expensive and over crowded), regent residence ( I don’t like the condo and lousy layout ) etc. I realize the layout in city regency is quite different from the rest (it came with a seperated kitchen). Even though I have to walk 10 minutes to mrt station but the supermarket is 5 minutes walk. I forcus on the unit layout and space rather than facilities. So I decided to rent a place here for 2 years at a super good rental rate.

  My last month in Singapore

  I have been living in city regency for the past 2 years. I have a nice fully furnish 1bedroom unit. For those who is looking for city living with reasonable price, you can consider city regency. Thank to my agent and nice landlord.

  Wow (city fringe living)

  I have been staying here for 4 years. City regency is a great place to stay in. I work in mbfc and it takes 10 minutes by taxi to my work place.

  TENANT staying here

  A nice place to stay in even though not much facilities. City fringe living and very close to my working place. Safe and walkable to MRT. i took 8-10min to boon keng MRT.No shopping mall but there are several shops that fit to my need.There is a sport hub near my place, i got to know my new friends there.Thumb up
