  Very old estate

  Seen a few units in this estate. The estate is very old and run-down. The interior for most units require major renovation. The only advantage is near mrt station. As there are many great condo near mrt station hence decided to drop this condo.

  Pleasant living in peacefu surroudings

  Old school feel, peaceful and pleasant surroundings supported by nearby amenities and transportation options. Decent-sized pool which never gets crowded with a mix of indoor and outdoor sports facilities/options for young and old. Ample parking with loads of space for a relaxing walkaround. Minimart, hair salon and asian/western fusion indoor/outdoor dining estab within the clubhouse completes the condo set-up. Units are regular-shaped with little wastage, decent-sized rooms. Friendly folk aplenty, mixture of local/foreign owners, asian and western expat tenants and families.

  Chuan Park

  While project is old in years, however, it feels very comfortable and surprisingly very well maintained. In fact, the property management and security are much better than many other newer projects i've seen. View is great and extremely windy. The compound of the project is very spacious; something which is lacking in newer projects. Squarish interior layout offers opportunities for design. Definitely a homely and friendly place worth staying at. Enbloc potential definitely high given the under usage of space.

  A 99 years leasehold property with balance of 73 years only. Banks are reluctant to loan to homeowners in another 12 years citing minimum of 60 years tenure. However this shortfall can be substituted by its location as it is near to the mrt,schools and shopping. But buyers must mind the old layout of the exterior and interior which is uncomparable with the latest designs of newer condos nearby. But given the same per square feet price of the condo it is better to buy similar and newer condos nearby. There is certainly an enbloc potential because of its old nature but developers will take notice of the mrt lines situated below the condo. Homebuyers must also take note of the management of the condo and its existing available funds.

  Chuan Park

  very near to the new Lor Chuan MRT Station. It is also sitting close to the Australian School. All units in Chuan Pk are of Good Square-ish layout,thus is spacious.
