Charlton Park terrace house can buy
Sale price range for a Charlton Park house is $3,950,000 to $6,900,000 which is not too bad, as this freehold landed has PSF below $2k and spacious from four to six bedrooms for big multi-gen family. Mix of neighbourhood and more brandname schools nearby, same goes for the amenities too... have big malls and smaller malls around. Comfortable for ownstay, really good area to live in. -

Dull, out of the way
Just some standalone terrace house with no private facilities to enjoy. Have to go outside and play with strangers at the public playground, and having a car is a must if you stay in this area with nothing much around. Seems like a family residential area but still need to be careful especially at night when it can get rather quiet here. Too dull for my liking, there is not much to do here for the few million dollars per unit. -

Calming environment in Serangoon private esta
Family friendly environment for residents living at Charlton Park. These terraced houses face a small Aroozoo park with a small playground. Can let kids play and walk the dog without much disturbance. Drive out a bit to go to Serangoon neighbourhood for shopping or Serangoon Gardens for food. Schools, church, amenities nearby. Really calming hidden private spot in a super relaxing neighbourhood. -
