well maintain facilities
Cavenagh Court has well maintain facilitiies and spacious layout in quiet environment. completed in 1971 but still looks great. has usual swimmingpool and small gym, and kids even have a playground with a trampoline. -

peek of Istana.,,,
from Cavenagh Court you can have a glimpse of the greenery of the grand Istana and some stacks face that direction. but it's just a peek, because this condo is just 9 storeys high and your vantage point is across a busy road. -

near Newton FC and more
from Cavenagh Court walk about 11min to Newton food centre for delicious local foods, from there you can also hop on a bus or train to take you to other parts of Singapore and even causeway link buses to Malaysia! great access also to Bukit Timah Road, shopping at Novena and Orchard if you drive. plenty of schs around with ACS right at your doorstep! -

Poor Management, Few/Unclean Facilities, Bug
Management unresponsive to complaints. Very few facilities - very old and small gym and a ping pong table. Condo not maintained. Waste system unhygienic. Condo has a problem with cockroaches. -
