  Cavan Suites

  I stayed there for 2 years, the location is very good, but now it's too noisy, they are building a hotel next to the building, I don't recommend it at all.

  Super convenient

  4 supermarkets within 8 mins walk. 8 mins walk to City Square Mall (NTUC and DonDonki supermarkets), 5 mins walk to Aperia Mall (Cold Storage supermarket) and 5 mins walk to Lavendar MRT (NTUC supermarket). These are also where the 3 MRT lines are, downtown line, East-West line and North-East line.

  Smallish apartment with shops below and near jalan Besar stadium
