  Exclusive and tranquil

  Great condo for families, close to popular schools like NYPS and Hwa Chong and international school. Not too many units so amenities aren't overcrowed .

  One of the best Condo in Bukit Timah area

  The floor plans of Casabella are very efficient. The best units are those on high floor with unblock view of landed houses. The area is very quiet but only a short drive from the CBD and Orchard shopping areas. A short walk can reach nice restaurants, food courts, FairPrice, Coldstorage,and wet-market.Not to mention most blocks of the condo are within 1 km of top primary schools such as Nanyang and Raffles Girls. It's also closed to good international schools, top local junior colleges, and Nanyang Kindergarten.

  Located right at the end of the side road, this condo offers a quiet respite from busy city life yet it's right at the city

  Very Charming

  Very charming, well-maintained, development with nice touches here and there, like the hot and cold jacuzzi pools to spoil yourself, the two lap pools. The landscaping is cosy and welcoming, yet clean cut. Not overgrown and messy like in some other developments. Very resort-like, exclusive, and quiet place.The kids love it here with the interaction with the neighboring children in the estate, and most apartment units enjoy a simply lovely pool view which is even more stunning at night. Great for keeping an eye on the kids as they have fun in the pool.There is a sizeable Western expat community here due to its close proximity to international schools and the quiet surroundings. Numerous eateries are a short bicycle ride away. Thai food, Western food, Asian food...you name it.Well-run management of the estate keep it in good shape, whether it is the landscaping or the maintenance of the facilities at the condominium.All in all, a very nice sweet place.Two Thumbs Up!!!
