  mgmt hears our feedback

  the transport is poor but glad that the condo management hears the feedback and introduced a shuttle service for residents who don't have a car. now can travel easily to Downtown East and White Sands to buy groceries and do my shopping, or take MRT to other parts of Singapore.

  limited facilities but extremely private

  the tiny pool is only good for a short dip. but you have the lesser crowded Pasir Ris beach within walking distance! and is located in a very residential area so feels safe. we have our own private patio and rooftop garden, which is extremely nice.

  deep inside Pasir Ris

  Casa Pasir Ris is my own resort deep inside the neighbourhood, slightly inconvenient but good to keep active and frankly because I drive, it's no issue. love the peace and quiet, and similar low-rise around so it doesn't feel stifling. greenery and beach make for pleasant evenings and weekends. love this place so much!
