  Quiet Living and Peaceful Living

  Compared to your dreamy luxury condos like Marina Bay Residences, the Sail or Corals etc...this quiet enclave offers peaceful surroundings and quiet enclave with landed neighbors. No noisy party animals bringing in random strangers etc unlike the CBD condos. I value the privacy and having stayed here for 6 years this condo is very much underpriced for it freehold statusetc

  Resort style living

  The design of the development is similar to a holiday resort style living with central open space swimming pool . Very soothing view even from the front entrance.

  very nice place

  It is a very nice and quiet place，near to the Mrt station and Serangoon stadium.only 200 resident, tiny, clean and quiet.love this place .

  Poor Management when Breach of Rules by Neigh

  Kindly consider carefully this condo. Management has poor attitude and management. Allowed breach of rules in favor of property owner at expense of other tenant resident neighbor. Property owner used his unit for music lessons though not allowed for commercial use and we as neighbors highlighted up to management on daily noise (weekdays evenings and 9-6 on weekends) but no action taken against neighbor. Manager scold us instead and sided with the person. Manager also gave us his music lesson schedule and endorse we leave our place for him. Writing this so that future tenants will not get bullied.
