Renting a room here is very unwise
The five of us rented a house from Coliving Company in this unit. We don't usually use electricity, but we have a monthly water and electricity consumption of SGD 1470, and our bills for the following month exceeded SGD 1000. At the same time, this Condo is very old, with many mosquitoes and poor sound insulation and lighting. -
