Could be noisy - be aware
I currently live the Sungei Kadut area or Northwoods area. I would forewarn folks that Bukit Villas might be nice but I wonder if the units closest to the road would hear the traffic and line-ups from trucks crossing to Malaysia border. I did look at one unit back about 6 months and they do look nicely appointed. -
