  staying long term

  chose Botanique at Bartley actually cos it's near Paya Lebar Methodist Girls' School for my girl. but ended up liking it alot and plan to stay here for good. it's close to Bartley MRT and also other schs like Cedar, St Andrews etc.

  When i saw Botanique at Bartley has Smeg appliances like the oven, fridge, cooker hood and hob, i was totally sold. love also the resort feel and facilities like wellness pool, aqua gym and forest clubhouse. overall happy since i moved here in 2019

  investment potential

  Botanique at Bartley has investment potential due to its good location and also the upcoming paya lebar commercial hub, paya lebar airbase area etc. performance so far has been good too, in terms of rental yield for my unit here.

  A Salesperson Who Has Transacted Several Unit

  As a salesperson who has handled several units in this development, I wanted to share my positive review: The location is excellent due to its road connectivity, proximity to the MRT station, and being within 1km of a renowned primary schools. The condo facilities are generous. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the common areas, which include three different types of BBQ experiences and branded ceiling fans. Additionally, I appreciate that the lap pool and kids' pool are on different levels. The likelihood of more amenities after the opposite BTO reaches TOP potentially increases the property’s appreciation value.

  RESORT & LUXURY LIVING

  Botanique At Bartley is for those who are seeking luxury, prestige and resort living lifestyle. It has more function or event facilities than most condominiums in this location and most amenities are just a stone away. Block 223 facing directly the swimming pool is the best unblocked stack as it's bright (no afternoon sun), quiet and very windy all year round. It's a cosy place for all ages.

  Factory

  I have heard horrible things and its delays, went to take a look at today and it is exactly what I have been told. Looks and feels like a factory, with large exhaust vents along one side.

  Good location, nicely designed condo

  Lush gardens, good design and quality by UOL Group. Construction seems to be making good progress. Good location close to MRT and amenities.
