ultra exclusive freehold
Botanika is one of the most exclusive freehold boutique condo at Holland Rd and i'm glad i stay here. it won an architect design award too, and there's plenty of privacy in a lush and green environment. truly a hidden gem that is well deserving of its name. just a handful of units, which brings the status up to ultra luxury. size of units here are ample, with minimum 2000 sq ft. highly recommended -

off grid sanctuary
in a city where convenience and privacy is at a premium, Botanika is the money well spent. tucked into a green corner of Singapore, it is a sanctuary far removed from the high traffic areas. best is to drive (although there is only one way to enter and exit, which to me, adds to the hidden gem private charm). feeling like you're living in the forest, with all the lovely greenery and natural fauna. yes those sensitive may consider installing screen windows just in case. overheard neighbours talking about some harmless insects but i didn't experience it myself. -

closeness to what matters
what i like about Botanika. it is close to key areas like Botanic gardens, Orchard Road, Dempsey Hill, Holland Village. all the places i like to frequent. the facilities are also sufficient for me, with quiet lap pool, gym, all nestled in the greenery. perfect for my own family by a boutique developer (not mass) who understands the small charms that matter. and yes it is freehold. so it is somewhere that can be handed down generations. -
