  surroundings

  Depending on the unit facing, some of the units face a linear park within the estate, lower floor units would have a privacy issue. only a pool and no other facilities. expensive whether buying or renting.

  Quality Finish

  Went to view a unit at Bliss ville. I am very impress with its finishing. Try walking to the MRT station since my little girl have to go school via MRT, takes me and my wife about 10 minutes. My wife loves the NTUC(she don't like sheng song) across the street. Hope we are able to get a unit after putting up a offer. Good luck to us. Cheers.

  Neat 2 + 1 apartment

  went to view a unit as soon as the project TOP in end nov. 2 bedroom unit has excellent layout , regular and space conserving. All doors open up to useful space without cumbersome walkway. Passage way , main door way makes moving around easy and creates a good sense of space. This 2+1 unit with study room already hacked has a spacious living room for a 2 rm condo. Sliding balcony door boast of exellent unblocked view. Marble flooring was beautifully laid with modern looking yet cosy kitchen design. Finishing was of high standard with marble kitchen top and sink top (toilets ) Each unit is entitled one parking lot i was told and entrance to apartment are restricted by continuos white line which prevents traffic obstruction. Quiet environment with 1.2 m pool, child pool and jacuzzi. Facility excellent for a 18unit apartment.

  Strange Entrance Location

  I went to view a unit at this project and noted a few things to share. 1. Strange entrance location as it opens into a private landed housing estate. It will pose a traffice congestion especially during festive seasons and public holidays when the private estate residents' guests park their cars outside. 2. Pool size too small for the number of units. 3. Unusual single house situated on the right side of entrance and sandwich between 2 projects. A real eyesore and spoils the overall look. I am glad I gave the units a miss.
