  Cool architecture freehold condo

  Smaller development, very well laid out with large central pool that gets sun. Quiet surroundings. The architecture is very interesting with concrete pillars, facade and metal grates. Very nice design. Units are good squarish shape so no wasted space. Very high ceiling, seems spacious. Good size balcony. Bathrooms are full marble you dont see that often. Marble floors, not tiles.

  Perfect blend of facilities but quiet neighbo

  Live in suburbs but 4-5mins from MRT via Lowland Rd, 20-25min drive to CBD. Large good shape pool esp for size of condo. Very cool design. Well maintained.

  Boutique feels with great pool

  Small development, the apartments are a good size and have a high ceiling which helps a lot, upkeep is very good, huge pool for size.
