  Great place

  We have been in Singapore for 6 years, and this is the third condo we live in. Location, quality of the apartment building and interior, fairly reasonable price for Singapore. The apartment is breezy with ceiling fans and a giant deck.

  Convenient and Breezy

  Convenient location within a few minutes drive to Orchard road. Very breezy. Good quality finishing and high end living style.

  Surprisingly spacious and good workmanship

  Just got the keys recently. Must admit I was pleasantly surprised by the good quality of workmanship inside the unit. Full marble and granite setting in living room and bathrooms, equipped with top end appliances. Squarish setting of each unit made the whole unit very spacious. Should have gotten another unit back then frankly (but prices have gone up too much lately in the property market). Thumbs up to developer. P.S.: Nice and rather big pool (given boutique environment), gym and barbecue. Anything more, you might wish to look elsewhere.
