nice spacious
Been at Bayshore Park for almost 9 years and the amount of space here is simply unbeatable. The blocks are far apart with good privacy. Extend the space outwards to the beach. My favourite thing is the shortcut underpass straight to East Coast Park. Weekends you'll see me cycling, jogging or just BBQ by the beach. Although since Bayshore MRT opened, going to town has been much easier than before. Of course the condo is old already, some common areas look abit dated and my unit itself also needs some sprucing up. Will get to that soon. -

highly recommended
We relocated to Sg about 2 yr ago and settled at Bayshore Park because many friends highly recommended it. It's very family friendly community and my kids adjusted quite fast. There are so many facilities until sometimes I forget everything that is available. We have: Seven tennis courts, squash, futsal, big pools, minimarts and even places to eat inside with delicious food. It almost feels like a small town instead of a condo. we have a wonderful community here and I'm proud and happy to be a part of it. -

Facing the sea
I rent a high floor unit facing the sea at Bayshore Park and the view every morning is chef's kiss. Motivates me to become an early bird instead of night owl just so I can catch sunrise. The breeze is also super nice so I save money without using even a fan. Transportation is perfect with the MRT nearby now, but of course the icing on the cake is ECP just across the underpass. Saltwater damage might be an issue in long-term, can see it in some common areas and stuff. -

a proper resort condo
Bayshore Park is a resort condo done right. Instead of squeezing blocks together, with stylistic elements along the pool, the estate is huge with mature trees everywhere, even a promenade area with shops and restaurants. morning walks are really great to start my day with. can hear birds and the underpass straight to East Coast Park is probably my favourite feature. weekend cycling or evening walks by the sea became part of my routine too. last time i'm totally a potato ok. -

easy to settle in
The community at Bayshore Park is very international, with many fellow expat families, so settling in was easy for us. The new Bayshore MRT makes getting to the CBD where I work much faster too. Feels more like a township for us than a condo. Facilities are also crazy for an older condo. two pools, so many tennis courts and even futsal. There are plenty of open spaces to run around, playgrounds, swimming pools and sports courts, so weekends are always busy. -

facing the sea
Bought a high floor unit at Bayshore Park facing the sea. Best. Choice. Ever. Waking up with the sea breeze and East Coast Park just across the road still feels like I'm on holiday everyday after all these years. The apartment sizes are much bigger than newer launches and traffic noise is hardly noticeable as I'm on high floor. An 80s development so some parts look dated, but the spaciousness more than makes up for it. Hard to find this kind of environment nowadays. -

Bayshore Park - living by the shoreline
When you return home after a long day, your are welcomed by big, beautiful trees surrounding the estate. The next thing is the spacious surroundings that is never seen in any condos today. Yes, it's not a new condo, but sometimes old spells home sweet home. Wake up to nature, n birds singing n, never ending breeze from the shoreline...this is Bayshore Park. I love my home. -

no electricity when it rains
You need to be lucky. a particular tower have no electricity for days. Not the first time, happens when it rains. Condo mgmt is incompetent and not responsive. Buying unit here? Renting unit here? Note the numbers and stay away. If you still want to live, negotiate hard as you will face random 4-5 horror days without electricity in every year whenever it rains. -
