Terrible location
went for a viewing recently and found the condo's location is the worst for all the condos in that area. It is situated just directly opp the Changi Prison and a huge chinese temple. The changing room by the pool is extremely small which is a downside but thier clubhse has something the rest of the condos there dont have --- a pool table & soccer table. -

Friendly Residence
Was pleasantly surprised to be invited by an elderly indian couple to visit them at their residence.. They were extremely friendly and that gave us a very good impression of the condo. Its like a kampong with friendly neighbours..The condo facilities are well maintained despite it been a 10 year sold condo. The rooms of the apt we visited were also big.. The landscape around the condo was nice.. The colour of the building could be a wee bit more cheerful... The downside of this place is that it is near a temple and Prison. But it is not really that bad as it is not facing the temple.. Not many amenities around, so you would have to do your weekly shopping in advance.. I like the nice and quiet ambience.. Its like a holiday getaway. -
