  actually quite close to amenities

  Bagnall House is a short walk to Sungei Bedok MRT that will open in 2026, before the dev's TOP in 2028. Bedok Food Centre is also just behind, and from the units you can see the golf course. there are quite a few tertiary schs nearby too, tho only 1 pri sch. near Bedok Camp and a Cold Storage as well, if that helps

  Bagnall Haus is a rare freehold condo in the landed area of Upper East Coast, where the last new launch was over a decade ago. you can enjoy landed living at condo prices albeit higher due to the prime location and fh status

  Ok so so - this prohect

  Bagnall Haus. Freehold, can walk to MRT and nearby is quite an interesting quiet neighborhood with a hawker center. Other than that, not much of vibes around. For people who love quiet peaceful living environment.

  convenient and tranquil location in Upper Eas

  formerly on the location of Bagnall Court, which enjoyed a great location in a tranquil setting in the prime Upper East Coast area. though just a small project, families can consider getting a unit here as it is within 1km from Temasek Primary school and also a short walk to Sungei Bedok MRT for convenience. not to mention a lot of good food and amenities in Bedok/Upper East Coast including supermarket just across the road and Bedok Corner, with weekly trips to East Coast Park. costs a pretty penny though, expect to pay about $1,145,000 to $ 3,600,000 but will find out when officially launched. TOP 2028.
