  Bagnall Haus coming up

  Bagnall Court was sold by collective sale in 2023 and is being transformed into a splendid Bagnall Haus by a proiminent developer. no wonder the launch saw very strong take-up, the unit I wanted was snapped up under my nose. freehold and near to The future Sungei Bedok MRT that has unfortunately been delayed to 2026 instead of the initially planned 2025.

  green spaces of Bagnall

  a beautiful peaceful and tranquil retreat from busy city life. at Bagnall Court, time actually slows down for its residents, in this lovely property in the midst of many trees and green spaces - hard to find in very urban Singapore.

  memories of Singapore

  Bagnall Court is a Singapore treasure! it was built on a land parcel originally part of the Bedok Reservoir but it was drained and the land reclaimed for housing estate. at the edge of Bedok Reservoir it's indeed ideal for outdoor activities and fitness enthusiasts, which I truly appreciate.
