what a POOL!
Azalea Park Condo has such a pretty and large pool, gleaming when lit up at night and still looking so inviting. it's really helpful to keep it bright, so that we are able to see where we are walking or when going for a night swim. keeps safe when walking with small children. many times distracted handling them and the contrast really helps. have full facilities here including tennis court, gym, sauna, squash court, playground, BBQ, clubhouse. Excellent. TWO thumbs up! -

best in Flora drive
the Flora Drive area is known to be a peaceful area although quite near to airport and changi biz park. I would go as far as to say that Azalea Park Condo is the best there, in such a good condition as maintenance has been good since it was completed in 1996. my 4 bedroom unit is also very spacious, and the common areas are kept clean. convenience is also good as there is a bus stop justs some mins from side gate and many go to MRT. expressways also short drive away. -

outside core region
Azalea Park Condo gets a bouquet from me.someone who traded CCR living for this OCR property. i feel like i can sleep better since moving here, with low density living and the price is also value for money. see my children seem to concentrate better on their homework, and many other families also stay here. only thing is getting out to town or Jurong side might take slightly longer... don't worry this is Singapore, everything is still very well connected. ntuc just outside so won't starve ya. 999 year lease so it's a win in my books! -

Well maintained and quiet
Recently viewed this property. Nice and quiet with a 2 big swimming pools and playground. Common areas and facilities are very well maintained considering the age of the property. This condo has a side gate to the main business stop along Loyang Ave and also the best condo along Flora road enclave for connectivity to the expressways (TPE, PIE, ECP). -

Spacious and well maintained.
It is an old condo built in the 90s but the facilities are pretty well maintained with some of the facilities like playground and gym recently upgrade. The unit layout are very spacious, without balconies, bay windows or large aircon ledges for maximum livable space. I especially like the 3-4 bed units that has a second entrance door to the yard and kitchen area; separate from the living area. Great for families with children; Units facing the flora road area are peaceful & quiet. The condo also have great accessibility to the expressway, side gate less than 5 mins walk to Loyang Avenue with many buses to town or MRT. Upcoming Pasir Ris MRT less than 1KM away which will also greatly enhance the transport accessibility. -

Decent for its price point
Decent 1990s condo. Generously sized. Nice compound and away from the hustle and bustle. Connected to major expressways too. -

The second condo at Flora Road precinct.
The second condo at Flora Road precinct. Older architectural design means smaller windows without glass walls and natural light. It is one of the most accessible condo in the Flora Road -

Good mid to long Term Investment
Location may not be ideal, but it's a sound investment for it's 999yr lease status and low density. Facilities are good if not great. And it's never crowded or monopolized (from a colleague who's sis has lived there for over 10 years) like so many newer high density dvpts. Low maintenance fee. The grounds are well kept - neat, clean...almost spotlessly so. Didn't understand a reviewer's comment on Block 8. It is very noisy if the condo unit is facing outward to the highway. Those inward facing are largely unaffected. But some of the units on this block will have afternoon sun two months in the year. The earlier review exaggerated the distance btw this block and visitor lots - checked it out with a pedometer and it's 89m if you cut across the pool which is the logical route. Plus Block 8 is the closest to the covered car park under the tennis courts. The absence of Indian FT tenants is a matter of perspective depending on whether you're renting or living there. Better for the latter I expect. Public transport is actually as good as it gets sans MRT - there are buses that take you literally anywhere and everywhere...so good if you have kids in secondary school and up. Bad if you have oldies. The nearest supermarket is a 15 min walk or 5 min drive away. A new Downtown line MRT station is coming up in the next two years two bus stops down (opp Tampines JC). Internally, I've only seen the 4 bed-roomers and the layout is very charming. Good sized separate living and dining rooms. Kitchen, if extended to the yard like two I saw were huge. Two bedroom suites are very good size and the smaller rooms perfect for teenagers who are adverse to tidying up. I'd recommend an original conditioned unit with the terrible floor tiles and ugly accouterments - press down the price then kick in 70-100k in reno for a spacious condo that's definitely going to appreciate in the years to come as the East-Coast urban sprawl spreads closer. -
