  Nice community spaces

  I’ve been renting a unit at Austville Residences since 2019. It’s a large project with many units and I initially assumed that the community spaces would be quite packed. However, it is well spaced out and I get to enjoy all the facilities during my free time. The walk to the MRT station is a little long for me though. I wish it was slightly closer, but that’s just me being nit picky. Everything else is great.

  Excellent construction quality

  With the Serangoon River snaking through this part of town, the views from Austville Residences are amazing. I have been living here since 2014, soon after construction was completed. We’ve had many family gatherings at the multi-purpose hall inside the property. My son is such a good tennis player now as he gets the chance to practice regularly at the tennis court inside our premises. My house is so well built that it still feels brand new.

  If you drive, don’t need mrt at your doorstep

  If you drive, don’t need mrt at your doorsteps, a host of good facilities, squarish layouts, near to waterways and greeneries, take a look at this development.
