Management company are terrible
Nice houses, but they are poorly constructed so things break all the time (problems with damp, leaks etc). The management company representative is rude, lazy and useless / unresponsive. -

Be warned!
Be careful here. Properties look nice but are poorly constructed - so issues with damp, leaks, electricity, drainage etc. Also the management company representative, is unresponsive, rude and useless. Their agent, isn't much better. Completely outrageous withholding of the security deposit as well. Took well over a month to tell us how much they would return and they deducted a completely unreasonable sum. -

Nice landed near Newton MRT
Asimont Villas is a nice landed freehold property near Newton MRT. good location with supermarket and many choice schools close by so parents no need worry. peaceful neighbourhood, can consider moving here if you want a taste of living in landed. there are only 21 units, all holding tight as good rental yield of over $11k a month. -

unique design, like sci-fi
the name Asimont Villas reminds me of sci-fi writer Asimov. that aside, this cluster house does indeed have unique design features like rounded corners, modular blocks and enhanced full-length display windows. a spaceship to me. should be nice to live here with all the natural sunlight, quiet and green area, but cannot tahan the expensive rent or selling price of freehold landed. -
