City living with green views
We have been living in Ascentia sky for 3 years and nothing beats the convenience and views this condo offers. Facility management has significantly improved with upgrades in the last 2 years. Friendly neighbors who are always willing to help. -

Bad condo management, very old facilities
Beware even as a renter here, facilities are very old. Gym equipment not even working and common areas are almost not useable. The worst part is the management, they will not help you with anything even as I experienced bike accessory theft here or if I complain about the smell of the basement lobby (not yet resolved). They have an “I do not care attitude”. Also note their fridge and other white goods are very bespoke and if you rent a unit that has not had this replaced, good luck replacing the old and tiny fridge once it is broken. Balcony is also big and not useful so note you are paying for space that you cannot use. Renters beware. -

Apartments with a great view
Nice apartments with great views for units on the higher floors. Lots of nearby amenities and F&B options. -

Nice condo !
1) regular shape units. 2) good size balcony. 3) excellent transport. MRT just nearby. 4) many amenities nearby and now NTUC finest just opposite ! 5) very central, near to Orchard and City -

High priced but average quality
Visited recently for a 2/3 bedrooms. Drive way to the entrance was to short, if more than 3-4 cars at the entrance, residences will be stuck outside waiting for the guards to take visitor particular. Drop area was good, Carpark was small and cramps worse than HDB Carpark. The paints are dirty and water can see dripping from pipes making the car park with patches of water every where. Lift lobby was well secured, once you enter the lobby door, you can assess to every floor which I personally not like. Common lobby was cramps, dark and poor quality material used. The unit I viewed was facing Redhill Mrt , high floor, Mrt track sound is acceptable since I wanted to buy near Mrt. Nice view buy will be totally blocked by a new project in a few months times, suggest buyers to buy Tanglin view instead. Condo exterior paints are peeling every where, look very old, surprisingly only after a few years and developer was Wing Tai was expecting better quality condo from them. -

Poor maintenance
I recently visited Ascentia Sky with potential to purchase for own stay. The location is good. Architectural is fantastic. Being developed by Wing Tai, I am surprised with the workmanship. Being only 3 to 4 years old, the building wall paint is falling off. This is so apparent at the ground level and the pubic decks. The decking is also falling apart. -

Visited this place , looking for 2 bedroom though is spacious but is price high for that extra little space. So try other condo. -

Majestic architecture surrounded by Orchard Road, business district and Redhill MRT station at its doorstep. -
