  Good place to upgrade to City Fringe.

  Good for young families wishing to upgrade to city fringe area. Hard to find development with 3 bedrooms bedrooms at affordable price. Rooms while slightly smaller, can put in full size mattress. With some creativity, 2 rooms can combine to 1 room to turn into a good 2 bedroom condo. Love the pool with bbq facilities just beside. Perfect for gatherings.

  Mixed development with modern and stylish architecture. The units are made up mainly of 3 bed room at 689-753sf. For freehold the psf at $1000-$1300 is quite a steal. Means one can buy a freehold stil
