  When Good Management Makes All the Difference

  We've just moved out of Ardmore Residence and leaving was harder than expected. The condo is beautifully designed, the location is excellent, and the environment is calm and serene. But what stood out most was the management. Communication was clear, responses were timely, and issues were resolved properly without repeated follow-ups. Move-in and move-out were smooth and well managed. There was clear accountability and coordination behind the scenes, with management, concierge, security and maintenance working in alignment rather than reactively. Problems were handled efficiently, not passed around. Common areas were consistently well maintained, and the overall environment felt stable and well run. Ardmore quietly sets a higher standard for how premium residential living should function.

  Tenant demographics

  Considering the high rental costs, it is advisable to carefully evaluate whether one is comfortable with the cultural and behavioral norms of some neighbors from the mainland before deciding to move here. Nonetheless, the overall environment and the staff here are excellent and highly recommendable.

  Needs better trash system

  The management needs to do more to clear the trash regularly. It builds up over time and the stench can be unbearable. A better system needs to be implemented

  Wonderful concierge service

  The concierge is really wonderful as they are always so friendly to guide us and help us keep our parcels. The security guards are also polite and do their job well in maintaining the safety of the condo.
